How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Makersecurities Windows & Siding wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Makersecurities Windows & Siding
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each answers for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Makersecurities Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@makersecurities.homes and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
